Element Everest-Blanks serves as the first MPAC Amplifier in Residence, highlighting cultural performances while centering audience stories. 

Element Everest-Blanks is a Milwaukee-based media personality, cultural strategist, and founder of The Culture Plug — a lifestyle and media brand that amplifies diverse voices through storytelling, creative collaboration, and community connection. As Amplifier in Residence, Everest-Blanks will create exclusive content and serve as a community voice to spotlight MPAC’s cultural programming, including the Culture Collective, a series designed to celebrate artists from various backgrounds and artistic disciplines. 

Audiences can look forward to behind-the-scenes features, artist interviews, and special ticket giveaways. Everest-Blanks will also serve as a host and spokesperson, connecting audiences directly with the artistry and energy that define MPAC’s programming.

The partnership with Donald Driver has promoted the power of the arts, culture, and community engagement by making the performing arts more accessible to communities across Southeastern Wisconsin and beyond. 

As a Super Bowl Champion, Dancing with the Stars Champion, Green Bay Packers All-Time Leading Receiver, and 2013 AMVETS Humanitarian of the Year who has overcome homelessness among many other accomplishments, Donald Driver has become one of the most community-minded athletes of his generation.
