Season Options are shows that are not part of the subscription package, but are available for purchase in addition to the package. Season subscribers have priority access to buy tickets for Season Options before the general public.

Access to Season Options begin on the announcement date for renewing subscribers and immediately after a new season package purchase.

Season Options for the 2025/26 season are Les Misérables and Hadestown.

Subscribers who successfully renew for the 2025/26 Season will be invited to review available alternate subscription seat locations–just one of the great perks of season tickets! More details were shared via email after the Renewal Deadline.

Upgrades are subject to availability and the difference in price must be paid when exchanging for into a higher-priced seating location or performance.

7-show subscription renewals for the 2025/26 Johnson Financial Group Broadway at the Marcus Center season will be processed on April 16, 2025.  

If you’d prefer to renew a 6-show package without Hamilton, you may do so. Please check your announcement email sent for details. 

If we’re unable to complete your automatic renewal, we’ll let you know via email. You’ll need to renew your subscription by April 16, 2025 to keep your seats. 

As a season subscriber, you’ll have options for your tickets if you can’t make it to your performance, including the following: 

• Exchange into another performance of the same show! 
• Transfer to a friend of family member to attend for you.  
• Resell to other patrons anonymously on Ticketmaster.com using your subscriber Account Manager.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted at https://www.marcuscenter.org/get-tickets/plan-your-visit/covid-policies/. All ticket holders are required to comply.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each season.  Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan).  You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or in your online account or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged.  After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within the 30-day window. A valid credit card and email are required.

WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for notification about 2025/26 subscription packages going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2025/26 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by April 16, 2025, and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. Adjustments can only be requested by calling the subscriber hotline at 800.905.7469 (M-F, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.). After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

UPGRADES & EXCHANGES: Seating upgrades and ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 5pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account. New subscribers (including any subscribers who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5.00 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee.

SEASON OPTIONS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Orders that exceed the ticket limit of 8 tickets will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Subscriber additional tickets are subject to availability and include a $14 per ticket fee.

PACKAGE PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $55 in processing fees, facility fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium subscription fee and Center Stage Circle charitable contribution noted below. Facility fees total the following per subscription seat: $30 for 6-show packages and $35 for 7-show packages.

PREMIUM PRICING: Premium Subscriptions (PL C/D/E) include a $95 fee per package seat purchased. Premium subscribers receive access to seating locations available only to those subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional Premium benefits include interchangeable parking or drink vouchers, access to a private subscriber bar, and special promotions from MPAC restaurant partners.

CENTER STAGE CIRCLE PRICING: Center Stage Circle subscriptions (Center Orch CC-F including ADA in DD 1-4 & 27-30; Center Orch G-O) include a $125 charitable contribution to the MPAC Annual Fund per seat and the $95 Premium Fee noted above. Donations to Marcus Performing Arts Center are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Center Stage Circle Subscribers receive all Premium benefits, plus access to the VIP Entrance for Broadway Series events at MPAC and priority access to premium seat locations available before the general public.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway at the Marcus Center shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. Learn more here.
