THE AMAZING LEMONADE GIRL

FIRST STAGE’S MASK POLICY

We’re so pleased that you are attending First Stage’s long awaited production of THE AMAZING LEMONADE GIRL. While many other performing arts organizations and venues are making mask wearing during a performance optional, First Stage is continuing to require patrons to wear masks while in our performances of our productions for the following reasons:

  • A large portion of First Stage audiences are young children, the majority of whom are either not eligible for vaccination or have not been vaccinated
  • The subject matter of THE AMAZING LEMONADE GIRL focuses on a child who would be considered very high risk if they were to become ill with Covid or any other virus. In anticipation of families who may have children in this position attending this production, we are also being consistent and mindful of the vulnerable population of children we are addressing
  • We are continuing to be protective of our staff, cast and crew who are bringing this production to you, our audiences.

Thank you for your understanding and for your cooperation! You may email First Stage directly if you have any questions at ticketmanager@firststage.org

Meet Alex Scott. She has a story to tell – about her life and her legacy, her humor and her heart. The story of a young girl fiercely determined to make a difference despite the challenges she faces.

Alex’s true story reminds us all that a single person can change the world – one act, or even one cup, at a time.

Based on the true story of Alexandra Flynn Scott
