It highlights how shared experiences of loss can forge deeper connections between individuals\, fostering a collective resilience. This moving performance invites the audience to engage with their own experiences of grief and find solace in the understanding and support of others. \nBonus Content:\nThere will be a Post-Show Talk Back immediately following the performance. \nThis show is presented by an independent organization separate from the Marcus Performing Arts Center.

Based on Tim Burton’s dearly beloved film\, this hilarious musical tells the story of Lydia Deetz\, a strange and unusual teenager whose whole life changes when she meets a recently deceased couple and a demon with a thing for stripes. With an irreverent book\, an astonishing set\, and a score that’s out of this Netherworld\, BEETLEJUICE is “SCREAMINGLY GOOD FUN!” (Variety). And under its uproarious surface (six feet under\, to be exact)\, it’s a remarkably touching show about family\, love\, and making the most of every Day-O!  \nRecommended for 13+. Parental discretion advised. Contains strong language\, mature subject matter\, and a lot of the crazy\, inappropriate stuff you would expect from a deranged demon. \nAdvisory: Beetlejuice includes substantial haze and fog\, sudden loud noises\, pyrotechnic and strobe lighting effects.  \n“A FEAST FOR THE EYES AND THE SOUL!” – Entertainment Weekly \n“A JOYFUL\, EBULLIENT ANTIDOTE TO REALITY!” – Rolling Stone \n  \nBonus Experiences:\nBroadway Buzz: Cocktails to Curtain – a pre-show discussion open to all ticket holders in MPAC’s Anello Atrium on Tuesday\, October 1 from 6:30 – 7:15 PM.
