Rehearsal
Rooms
The Marcus
Center has one rehearsal hall located on
the 4th floor. Access can be gained from
the backstage areas. Approximate size of
the room is 35' x 47', with 10'
ceilings.
Room
has wood floor and full length mirrors
on one wall. The room is suitable for
dance, small music rehearsals, and meetings.
It is not generally considered a public
performance space. There are restrooms on
the same floor, but no dressing rooms.
The
Rehearsal Hall is considered a separate
room for booking purposes and is not automatically
affiliated with the rental of theater space.
Reservations must be made for use of the

Private
Reception Room
A comfortably furnished room, located in
the front of the lower level, is available
for use as a private party or reception
room. Catering services and AV are available.

Artist
Lounge
Located Stage Left on the lower level. Room
size is 20' x 30'. Room is equipped with
paging and program monitors. Vending machines
are located adjacent to the room.
Practice
Rooms
2 sound-proof practice rooms, located opposite
the Artist Lounge. Each room is equipped
with an upright piano.
Vending
Machines are located adjacent to the Artist
Lounge on the lower level. Items included
are: soda, milk, coffee, snacks, and a variety
of cold food items. A microwave oven is
also available.
Crossover
The stage is deep enough that many sets
will allow room upstage for a crossover.
However, there is a crossover under the
stage, via the lower level.
Monitors
All dressing and backstage rooms are equipped
with program audio and can be paged.
Concessions
The Marcus Center concession staff will
sell artists' souvenir items for 30% of
the gross sales of such items. If the artists'
representative sells souvenir items, the
Marcus Center will receive 25% of the gross
sales. Arrangements should be made in advance
with the theater manager.
