General Manager – Keith Aspinwall
Keith is a Wauwatosa native, who graduated with a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in Miami. Keith has managed several high-end food and beverage operations, including the ships of Norwegian Caribbean Lines, and Cohn Restaurant Group in San Diego and Maui. Keith brings his passion for excellence in the food service industry, along with the ability to connect with a diverse client base, to Sazama’s Fine Catering.
Wedding and Event Professional – Lynn Brueggemann
Lynn was born in Hawaii but has called Southeastern Wisconsin home for most of her life and is a graduate of Cedarburg High School. To Lynn, Catering and Service run parallel to the Arts and are her passions in life. Nothing drives her like her commitment to ensuring each event is a success. Lynn feels blessed to work with amazing professionals at Sazama’s Fine Catering that share in her passion and work in harmony to exceed guests’ expectations.
