Welcome to Marcus Center Online Ticketing!
We are here to offer you easy access to Marcus Center events 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home or office. Please take a few moments to read over our guidelines and then click on “I agree” and place your order.
Simply choose the event you would like to purchase, the number of tickets and the price/area you would like to be seated in. You will receive an e-mail within minutes confirming that we have received your order. We will then process your order with the best available seats in the area that you have requested. If you have any special concerns or requests please list those in the “special requests ” field.
Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive a second e-mail that confirms that your order has been processed and we will at that time list the seat locations you were assigned. For events held within 7 days of the order we will hold your order at the box office; everything else will be mailed.
Please note that your order is not “guaranteed” until you receive the second e-mail confirming the processing of the order.
There is a $4.00 per ticket processing fee and a $5.00 handling fee for each ticket order placed through our website.
All sales are final – we regret that we are not able to accommodate refunds or exchanges – please choose your event carefully.
This service is offered as a low-cost alternative to existing traditional online ticket purchasing options, and as such we do not provide specific seat locations at the time of ordering.
