Welcome to the belly of the beast. Inside the low-lit interior of Milwaukee’s best new restaurant, polished men are polishing off plates of rib eye, porterhouse and filet mignon. Half-full glasses of cabernet contrast white linens. Everyone is wearing a good watch. Conversations drift in and out in muted tones while diners feast on what many say is one of the best steaks they have ever eaten in their life. Local and national celebrities agree.
